Nichibo provides customers with samples for free, please refer to the following details:

►DC motor/ brushless DC motor

Customers will be charged at our discretion for requesting DC motors 997, 987, 775, 770, 755, 750 and brushless DC motors.

Regarding motors other than the above models, Nichibo will charge customers if requesting for more than 5 PCS.

►Shipping fee

All Nichibo motors are manufactured at our China manufacturing headquarter, and customers have to pay the freight for shipping motor samples back to Taiwan. Charging methods are as described below:

● Express (freight collect): If customer chooses to ship by express and freight collect, Nichibo won't issue invocie since our company does not deal with handling fee. Please request a receipt from the express company if reimbursement of payment is needed.

● Marine transportation: If the samples are delivered together with the scheduled containers of our company to Taiwan, the delivery will be about 10-20 days.

►Delivery

In general, the delivery is about 3-4 weeks of working days, which will be adjusted according to the actual sample orders and the models.
